Today is the 4th of July. I’m grateful to be on vacation, savoring a Seven Fs clean sweep:

Celebrating my fitness with a couple of beers.

Grateful my kids and my wife are also my friends.

Savoring the deep satisfaction that comes with a “10” on fun in my Seven Fs Wheel.

Confident the future holds more good days like this ahead.
