When good leaders get together with good intentions, great things are possible! But how do you go about setting your intentions? That was the subject of the Good Leadership Breakfast, with Beth LaBreche as our discussion starter on April 16.

She’s an engaging entrepreneur who earns respect every day in the public relations market — and at home as a mom. She reminded us that we are all responsible for our own leadership development — especially those of us who don’t have a “boss,” or work for a healthy corporation with a leadership academy. We can find inspiration, accountability and support through our own ‘personal accountability groups’ — people we know and trust who will stay true.
” I love intentions, because they are not goals…there is a little bit of spirituality included,” explained Beth. “They can be set for a day, a specific period in your life, or a lifetime.”
By focusing on intentions as a means to achieve goals, we can stay true to ourselves and not become slaves to the goal. What is your intention today? How about this week? This year…this life?
