Especially when we help leaders grow. Today, I am especially grateful for a partnership with Jessica Larson at the Center for Diagnostic Imaging. She and I have partnered for more than five years to help CDI leaders grow. It\u2019s good for us, and good for them. And that makes me happy!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><em>\u201cWe truly believe in the principles and philosophies of Good Leadership,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Jessica shared. <em>&#8220;And the Training has really benefited our organization.\u201d<\/em> \u00a0Six CDI leaders completed Good Leadership Training, and each of them has been promoted to higher responsibilities within CDI.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><em><a href=\"\/training\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10177 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/goodleadership.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/GLE-Blog-Training-Sparks-02-1-300x244.gif\" alt=\"Good Leadership Training Register Now\" width=\"300\" height=\"244\" \/><\/a>&#8220;We\u2019ve truly seen people develop as leaders,\u201d<\/em> she continued.\u00a0<em>\u201cFrom the ideas around Goodness, Personal Visioning and The Seven Fs we are more reflective, more in tune with the needs of our people and more active listeners.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">CDI is an awesome organization that has doubled in size\u00a0over the past three years\u00a0through acquisition and organic growth. It&#8217;s been wonderful for me to watch the evolution of the company\u00a0\u2013\u00a0they have a new CEO in Rick Long,\u00a0and Jessica Larson has continued\u00a0to grow in her role as the HR Leader.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_10390\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10390\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10390\" src=\"https:\/\/goodleadership.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/PastedGraphic-2-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"The CDI team has learned to include &quot;fun&quot; at work as part of their success formula. Jessica is in the pink hat at this Halloween Party.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"p3\"><em>\u201cWe\u2019re a conservative, fast-paced, hard working, heads down organization so it was important for us to discover the importance of making sure we have\u00a0FUN at work!\u201d<\/em> Jessica laughed. <em>&#8220;Ever since Good Leadership Training, we are doing things to give people time to take a break and fun with co-workers.\u201d<\/em> \u00a0The managers now routinely schedule events like Chili Cook Offs and Pumpkin Carving Contests. This month they have a\u00a0Super Bowl Snack Showdown, with a\u00a0bracketed competition to find the best Super Bowl snack.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><em>\u201cWe will continue to be involved in Good Leadership, because our leaders are growing and our culture continues to evolve in ways that are good for business,\u201d<\/em> she reasoned. And CDI will have people in the room when the next program begins on February 19.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Good leaders invest in training and development to help people grow.
